No stranger to Australian shores, Maynard James Keenan is bringing his Puscifer project back to Australia for the ‘Money $hot – Round Under Tour’.
Best known as the frontman for Tool and A Perfect Circle, Maynard James Keenan’s Puscifer project dates back to 1995, back when it was a non-musical comedy concept. Finally releasing the trip-hop heavy “V” Is For Vagina in 2007, Keenan’s Puscifer continued to impress audiences, with a descent into the theatrical aspect of rock following a debut of live shows in Las Vegas in 2009.
Puscifer finally came to Australia back in 2013 for select Soundwave appearances and headline shows, but now die-hard fans will again have the chance to catch the band as they take on a 5 date tour of Australia.
With Puscifer’s most recent album Money Shot featuring guests such as Carina Round, Tim Alexander (Primus), Jon Theodore (Queens of the Stone Age), Jeff Friedl (A Perfect Circle), and Keenan’s son Devo, his live shows include a revolving door of musicians, including Paul Barker, the former bass player of Ministry.
