The awesome Simpsons covers continue, as Perth muso Dan Cribb carries on with his year-long mission to put great Aussie musos and Simpsons references in a room together and see what happens.

His latest creation enlists the help of Luca Brasi frontman Tyler Richardson to bust out a punk rendition of the beloved Hank Scorpio’s theme song with Dan himself on backing vox – pretty short, but very replayable.

Dan has of course already tackled ‘Flaming Moe’s’ with none other than Alex Lahey, the Dr. Zaius theme with Grenadiers’ Jesse Coulter, and a ‘Whacking Day/Baby On Board’ combo with Andy & Gav McDougall.

More tracks are on their way, gradually building towards a whole record’s worth, which will be named, appropriately enough, Worst Tribute Ever. You can check it out at Dan’s Bandcamp where it’s up for free download, and give the latest earworm spin below.
