Notorious Novacastrian duo THE GOOCH PALMS have filmed a new film clip for their latest single Houston We Have A Problem taken from their 2012 EP R U 4 Sirius? (ANTI FADE RECORDS).
It was shot in February this year by good friend Brice Veika on Super 8 film at the iconic Tote in Melbourne. Rather than just capturing the real life couple of Leroy Macqueen and Kat Friend banging out their scuzzy tune on stage, Veika also recruited two (much) older actors to play the pair, splicing the footage together to create an eerie glimpse into the future.
Picture a 50 year anniversary Gooch Palms tour with Leroy still wearing underpants and Kat still sporting her faithful GG Allin tee!
