Despite the tragic suicide of their lead singer last weekend, London synth pop band Ou Est Le Swimming Pool are planning to still release their debut album. With the best wishes of deceased singer Charles Haddon’s family, they’re planning to release the album entitled The Golden Year. Alas they canned the original title which was to be Christ Died For Our Synths. Surviving band members Joe Hutchinson and Caan Capan said they wished to “thank everyone for their incredible support” and asked that their “privacy … be respected whilst they take some time away”.
