Post Malone has been vocal about his love for Fleet Foxes over the years. Posty has tweeted his undying love for the band on multiple occasions. In 2015 he proclaimed “If you don’t like Fleet Foxes, then fuck you.” He also wrote, “Fleet Foxes is the only group that I love every single song of.”

Now, Post Malone has dropped a cover of the band’s Helplessness Blues track  “The Shrine / An Argument.” Posty’s tour photographer Adam DeGross shared a snippet of the cover on his Instagram post, it features Malone clad in a cowboy hat and adorning a cigarette.

Fleet Foxes frontman Robin Pecknold has approved the cover, posting the video to his Instragram story, sharing that it “made his day.”

Former Fleet Foxes drummer Josh Tillman (aka, Father John Misty) collaborated with Posty on his latest record, Hollywood’s Bleeding. Tillman co-wrote the track ‘Myself.’

Hollywood’s Bleeding dropped last Friday and features an impressive roster of collaborations. Including the unexpected Ozzy Osbourne and Travis Scott collaboration, ‘Take What You Want.’ The song features a brand new vocal performance from Osbourne, it’s gorgeous stuff.

In other news, Post Malone recently announced a brand new venture with Sydney indie rock legends Lime Cordiale.  Lime Cordiale have signed a huge massive international management and label deal with Posty and Variety Hitmaker’s ‘Manager of The Year’, Dre London.

Dre London said: “There’s so much we can do with the band in the USA and globally and together we’re going to make history.”

The band announced the news in an Instagram post. “After a few heated hours of beer pong with @postmalone, we came to the agreement that winner takes all,” they shared. “So now we’re excited to announce that Post and his legendary manager @drelondon are joining forces with @chuggmusic to look after us worldwide.”
