The first of this year’s Meredith sideshow tours has been announced, with art rockers Gang Gang Dance set to bring their art rock to Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne in December.
Touring their latest record Eye Contact which carries on the experimental spirit that typified their landmark avant-pop release Saint Dymphna, their latest effort saw them head back in to the studio with long-term collaborator Chris Coady (producer of recent releases by Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Zola Jesus, Beach House and TV On The Radio).
As much a dance acts as they are an art act, their genre twisting show is set to see them blow minds in clubs as well as in Meredith’s supernatural amphitheatre.
