Against Me! are currently on tour with the Groovin’ The Moo festival, hitting up regional stops around the country. However, at last night’s Melbourne performance, the group treated the adoring crowd to a special little collaboration with one of our favourite Aussie musicians.
Performing a headline show at Max Watts in Melbourne last night, Against Me! were joined onstage by tourmates Camp Cope, with singer Georgia Maq joining Against Me!’s Laura Jane Grace to perform a cover of The Replacements’ ‘Androgynous’. Check out the footage below.
You may also recall how Laura Jane Grace had previously performed a cover of the track two years back, alongside rock legend Joan Jett, and Miley Cyrus, in a bid to raise money for Cyrus’ Happy Hippie Foundation, a group that fights for homeless and LGBT youth.
