Shoe-gaze playing Sydney-siders, The Laurels have all sorts of influences ranging from The Velvet Underground, Tame Impala and even the Beatles. Out of these influences they’ve created their own unique sound, heavily driven by grungy guitars, particularly driving bass lines and distortion filled solos.
