Mini Mansions, the indie pop trio led by Queens of the Stone Age bassist Michael Shuman, are set to tour Australia this November, in support of homegrown legends Tame Impala,
Thanksfully though they’re also going to play thietheadline shows in Melbourne and Sydney.
The boys are set to hit up the Ding Dong Lounge in Melbourne on Sunday, 8th November and GoodGod Small Club in Sydney on Thursday, 12th November as they zig-zag across Australia with Tame Impala, playing to sold-out crowds in some of our grandest arenas.
To celebrate their visit, the guys kindly curated a very exciting mixtape for us. Titled Mad Wax: Deep Cuts From Down Under and featuring homegrown local tunes it’s a homage to all their Aussie mate and inspirations.
The guys have been enjoying an absolutely massive year, following on from their breakout performance at SXSW. The band have gone on to tour with the likes of Arctic Monkeys, Royal Blood, and New Pornographers.
Their new album, The Great Pretenders, was released earlier this year via Caroline Australia and received some incredible reviews. See what it’s like in the eye of the Mini Mansions storm for yourself this November.
