Does anyone still care about two ugly balding blokes standing behind some sequencers and decks twiddling knobs to make dance music?
We’re about to find out, because Da Brudders have got a new album coming out in June. Each of the tracks on the new Chemical Brothers album will have a film clip and no doubt be bundled up in a million packages to try and fleece those old skool fans who remember them.
They’re debuting the new tracks at four gigs at London’s Roundhouse in May, where the 30 and 40 something crowd will be keeping an eye on their watches as they count up how much the babysitter will cost that night. Tick tocking beats indeed.
