Morrissey, the incomparable crooner and former frontman of the legendary UK band The Smiths performed a spell-binding set comprising of both Smiths and solo tracks exclusively at Sydney’s Opera House last night.

Vivid Sydney, the Southern Hemisphere’s largest festival of light, music and ideas, is owned and managed by the NSW Government’s tourism and major events agency, Destination NSW.  Vivid LIVE at the Sydney Opera House forms part of the Vivid Music program and is a celebration of ambitious popular music, running from 22 May – 8 June – the first time the program has run for the duration of Vivid Sydney. Vivid LIVE is the highlight of Sydney Opera House’s year-round contemporary music programming.
