Tijuana Cartel embarked on an absolutely huge national tour kicking off in August in celebration of their latest album Psychedelicatessen.
They’re spreading the word about Psychedelicatessen, a new album with a very unique influence. Inspired by a ’78 Double J broadcast, which detailed “a psychedelic road trip from Brisbane to Sydney”, Psychedelicatessen is the band’s ode to the play and its author, Russell Guy.
Launching at Sol Bar in Maroochydore, Tijuana Cartel’s latest tour sees them traversing Australia’s highways and taking them to much-loved haunts in Byron Bay, Gosford, Hobart, Melbourne, Cairns, and other venues in cities and rural hotspots but we caught the band in Perth where they showed us how it’s done.
