Featuring Australian multi-talent Harts, rapper D Prince is back with his latest track ‘Reach For The Sky’ where you can hear it first as a preamble to his highly anticipated new album Handsome Villian Vol. 1: Dawn Of A Prince.

Tomorrow, Long Island and Brooklyn rapper D Prince will be debuting his first full-length albumbut is giving us a little taste of whats to come right now by sharing his new track, featuring Aussie musician Harts.

Titled ‘Reach For The Sky’, the new track is written for the height of American summer, noted as being a bit of a feel-good tune. Dropping worldwide tomorrow as the United States celebrates Independence Day, D Prince notes that this song is “a metaphor that relates to my freedom as an indie artist.”

“I did all of this with no big time manager, no label, no PR person, no Law firm, and no booking agent. Just me! I love having the freedom to create art and put it out whenever I want, you can never put a price on that.”

Working alongside Harts for this new track, the tune features beats that will get you grooving, and will truly warm our winter-set Australian bones while we await for the sun rays to return.

Filled with quick-lipped verses, a chorus that sees both D Prince and Harts vocals at front and centre, as well as instrumentation and beats that will leave you wanting to jam to his entire album, ‘Reach For The Sky’ is exactly what we need in terms of music these days.

D Prince’s new album Handsome Villian Vol. 1: Dawn Of A Prince will be released Saturday, July 4th under his own label Top Shelf Enterprise.
