One of Melborune’s hardest working heavy band Have/Hold have risen through the ranks of the local live circuit and are now set to step into the national spotlight with their stunning debut album, King Salt (Out August 18 via Never Home Records).
Following on from the release of their debut 7″ and their attention grabbing EP Calm Your Blood, this full length King Salt is the band making a statement, saying they’re here and ready to take their songwriting and musicianship to the next level.
Building on stirring vocals, classic indie guitar riffs, and a stadium rock worthy rhythm section, King Salt draws from an eclectic sleeve of influences, including Silversun Pickups, Manchester Orchestra, Restorations, and The Hotelier while still maintaining the band’s signature sound.
