As hinted on Tone Deaf back in May, Roxy Music are heading Down Under for their first Australian tour since 2001.

The shows in February and March 2011 will feature original members singer Bryan Ferry, guitarist Phil Manzanera, saxophonist Andy Mackay and Paul Thompson on drums. Founding member Brian Eno, who is now one of the best known producers and studio boffins in the world won’t be joining them, although he did contribute to Eno’s latest solo album, Olympia.

Supporting them will be the 80s FM radio rock of Ross Wilson’s Mondo Rock.
