With so many incredible acts on the Splendour In The Grass 2019 lineup, it’s hard to navigate who you’re going to attempt to see over the weekend. One international band that we personally believe are absolutely essential viewing are Brooklyn power-pop act Charly Bliss.

Charly Bliss released their second record, the grandiose pop-rock masterpiece Young Enough, earlier this year — and we’ve worshipped the ground they walk on ever since.

As well as creating perfect cry-dance music, the band also have bragging rights for an incredibly cool tidbit of pop culture trivia. Before taking on shredding duties in Charly Bliss, guitarist Spencer Fox cut his teeth as a voice actor. His most memorable role? voicing the iconic middle child Dash in The Incredibles.

As well as his work on The Incredibles, Fox also lent his vocal talents to roles in Air Buddies, and Kim Possible.
