We owe so much to the community of people who transform the bizarre thoughts they cook up in their brain into consumable art for us here internet users. Youtuber William Maranci has blessed us all with the mashup that we deserve — Korn’s seminal nü-metal anthem ‘Freak On a Leash’ and The Lion King classic ‘Circle of Life’.

It is one of the most rousing mash-ups we’ve ever had the pleasure of indulging in. The way that the luscious instrumentals collide with Jonathan Davis’ haunting vocals is just something else. The artistry on display here truly takes a giant dump on Disney’s 2019 reworking of the film. Check it out for yourself below.

In other news, Jonathan Davis recently revealed that he can see ghosts and harbours dead bodies in his house… sort of. In an interview with NME, Davis claims that his house is brimming with ghosts and human remains.

“I have the remains of at least seven people in my house,” Davis shared. “I’ve got shrunken heads. Skulls. I’ve got swords that have been used to decapitate people. I have a huge haunted doll collection.”

In regards to Davis’ encounters with ghosts, he revealed that he often sees “things in the corner of my eye in my house.”

“I’ll just be, like, ‘oh hey’ because at this point they’re there all the time. There’s bangs on my walls all the time. Shit flies off the walls. At this point it doesn’t even scare me, they’re just there. All I wish for them is peace. I wish they could cross over. I was scared when I was a kid.”
