Sydney’s 2007 Australian Music Prize winners The Mess Hall are to follow an appearance at Splendour In The Grass by playing dates along the East Coast of Australia this September.

Singer/Guitarist Jed Kurzel has been extremely busy lately, writing the music for the new Foxtel show ‘Spirited’ starring Claudia Karvan. In addition he is scoring an Australian feature film due out early next year with director and long-time collaborator, brother Justin Kurzel. The tour gives The Mess Hall a chance to feature material from all releases, including “Notes From A Ceiling”, “Devils’ Elbow” and their highly acclaimed most recent release, “For The Birds”. As always, the blistering live show for which they are renowned is guaranteed.
