Lifted from Lime Cordiale’s #1 ARIA album, ‘No Plans To Make Plans’ wasn’t initially intended to be a single, but fans latched on so tightly that, as Oli Leimbach explain it, “it somehow turned into a single on its own.”

Now, the official video is out to take you on another wild Lime adventure as the brothers Leimbach join Sydney artist Summer Kane to vanquish the evil Oscar and Leroy Slimebach in a ’60s inspired visual, directed by Tim Swallow.

“We’re stoked to finally bring you the music video, directed by our mate and long-time collaborator, Tim Swallow, and joined by our live band members James Jennings, Nick Polovineo and Felix Bornholdt for the performance,” says Oli.

“We play ourselves as well as the self-absorbed types we wrote the song about. But this song wasn’t meant to be about one type of person in particular… it’s aimed at all those that are only thinking about themselves and not the greater good.”

The eight-time 2020 ARIA Awards nominees (and Breakthrough Artist winners) have consistently performed through the pandemic. Adhering to Covid restrictions, the band performed multiple sold out intimate and seated shows last year – now they’re ready to play their biggest venues yet across Australia.

Kicking off at Brisbane’s Riverstage on Saturday 9 October, the band will take in back-to-back nights at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on Friday 15 and Saturday 16 October, Melbourne’s iconic Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Friday 22 October, before heading West to Fremantle Arts Centre on Friday 29 and Saturday 30 October.
