An intriguing video has been doing the rounds of rock geek forums, showing Eric Clapton, George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Tom Petty and Roger McGuinn practicing Bob Dylan’s ‘My Back Pages.’

The footage was shot in October 1992, ahead of Dylan’s 30th Anniversary Concert at Madison Square Garden.

As Guitar World note, the band also features G.E. Smith (musical director), Booker T and the M.G.s guitarist Steve Cropper, bassist Donald “Duck” Dunn, and organist Booker T. Jones, as well as noted gun session drummer Jim Keltner.

As you’d expect the band are pretty tight, and the performances are great all around – except for Dylan, who seems to be struggling with his own song.
