There’s a lot of great, hard-working Aussie bands and artists out there filling venues week in and week out. They’re constantly hitting the studio and the rehearsal space to write and record new material and they’re always interacting with fans online.
It’s really the name of the game these days. The odds are stacked against musicians in 2015, so only the hardest working manage to survive. Luckily, there’s lots of amazing homegrown acts that have a healthy work ethic and are slowly plotting a course to world domination.
To that end, we’ve decided to compile a list of 16 bands we reckon are putting in the hard yards and setting an example for the rest of the scene. These are the 16 Aussie bands and artists who deserve to be huge.
