New Gods 2013 Australian Tour Announced

After months of writing, recording, and touring, New Gods are set to bring their fresh sound to Melbourne and Sydney with two special headline shows. Described as an “indie supergroup” (Tonedeaf), New Gods features Dominic Byrne and Adrian Beltrame from Little Red (frontman/ songwriter and guitarist respectively), along with Richard Bradbeer on bass (Eagle and The Worm), Sam Raines on drums, and Dale Packard on keys (Ground Components).

Since the band’s recent inception, and the immediate realisation that this was the place they all belonged, the group has been writing and recording with ease but also with urgency, forming the foundations of a band that has years ahead of them. For the past few months they have been pouring their hearts into a collection of rousing songs set to be released as a self-titled EP on November 30.

Having supported Alt-J, Gypsy and the Cat and The Rubens already this year, and releasing the epic debut single ‘On Your Side’, the band have worked hard to hone their live set and build a loyal fanbase around the country. With these two special headline gigs, New Gods will showcase their brand-new songs, and electrifying sound.
