Back in January, Australian rapper 360 broke the internet with ‘I’m Sorry’, a powerful and heartfelt confession that revealed the extent of the emcee’s addiction to codeine – an addiction that eventually resulted in an overdose.

Now Sixty, real name Matt Colwell, has returned with another heart-wrenching video that features him performing a song titled ‘If You Love Them You Never Hit Them‘, on which he condemns domestic violence.

Thought she married a goodie / But she married a bully / Fuck that yo, she married a pussy / A real man never puts his hands on a woman“, Colwell raps on the track, which is based on an instrumental of the emotional Sia hit ‘Breathe Me’.

“Holy hell you have me in tears. That sent shivers down my spine,” one fan wrote in response to the clip. “I’ve been in that position and I left someone I thought I lived cos I wanted to break the cycle as it had steeped down from his parents and I didn’t want my kids growing up thinking it was okay!”

The ‘If You Love Them You Never Hit Them’ video has been up for less than 24 hours and at the time of writing has amassed more than 168,000 views and 10,000 likes. Readers can check it out below or via 360’s official Facebook page.
