Southern Bronx disco punk legends, E.S.G will be hitting Australian soil for the first and last time this January.
Emerging in the 80s and headed by the Scroggins sisters, E.S.G was one of the most dynamic bands of their time, with funk bass lines centering around complex polyrhythmic beats they have become the most sampled group among Hip-Hop contemporaries including The Beastie Boys, Public Enemy, LL Cool J to name a few.
After a number of years and reincarnations, E.S.G continue to release their own u
nique music. Their sparse, raw, percussion led sound continues to inspire and influence new generations. However after more than 30 years creating music ‘Closure’ will be E.S.G’s final album and their final tour.
Don’t miss your final chance to see one of the most amazing and influential groups perform a back catalogue that extend more than 30 years.
