Texture Like Sun have announced their first headline show for 2013 at The Workers Club in Fitzroy Melbourne on Thursday 21st of February.
This will also be their last headline show before heading back into the studio to record the upcoming release due later in 2013. Joining them will be Melbourne based Tully On Tully & Neda.
The six piece’s sound is of earthy vocals that may draw ghostly parallels to Jeff Buckley and Scott Matthews, while there’s a certain zealousness that sees the band paint their folk and roots stylings through accounts of both brighter times and others of fragile refrain.
