Colour Bomb is the brainchild of two consenting adults, James Saunders and Tom Whitty. The Melbourne-based musicians have been writing music together since they met in high school, about 10 years ago. Saunders and Whitty formed Colour Bomb a couple of years back, and began constructing pop songs for their own entertainment. Influenced by ambitious songwriters like Billy Joel, Nick Cave and David Bowie, Colour Bomb’s sound is beautiful alternative modern pop.
Featuring Colour Bomb’s love of fantastical pop production, the uplifting and golden Beautiful Parade is a beat-driven kaleidoscope for the ears. Beautiful Parade is accompanied by a stunning filmclip, written and directed by Colour Bomb’s Tom Whitty, and filmed and edited by British-born, Melbourne artist, Adam Perry.
