‘Waking up the Same’, is the latest single from Melbourne based indie electronic producer Cosmo Black. On a plate is Tully on Tully’s Natalie Foster’s head. Jane Badler, performs experiments to the sounds of melting synths and slow jam pop gold. Sprinklings of iconic 1960’s futuristic film La Jetée and the paranoia of Invasion of the Bodysnatchers.

The video clip shot by film director Josh Harris, is the perfect accompaniment to Cosmo’s analog synths with a bone-rattling 808 kick.

Famous for her role as the villainous alien Diana in the 1983 NBC sci-fi mini series “V”, Badler’s reputation as a hard hitting, ruthless, antagonist in science-fiction television places her perfectly amidst black and white cinemagraphic aesthetics, floating back drops and bending visuals.

‘Waking up the Same’ featuring Natalie Foster’s dreamy, emotive vocals, and a pop melody you can’t get out of your head will appear Cosmo Black’s forthcoming EP “Binary Feel”.
