Are you ready for a good time?????????????
Tone Deaf has been polishing up our cowboy boots and shining up our belt buckle, finding the jeans we have that smell least and shaking the sweat and beer out of our favourite shirt. We’re knocking back a few Jagers, a couple of stubbies of VB and having a quick pash with the cute girl at the bar. Yes, that’s right – we’re presenting the fourth legendary Cherry Rock street rock n’ roll festival on Sunday 2nd May 2010!
The line up speaks for itself….
Jesse ‘The Devil’ Hughes (Eagles Of Death Metal) and the toughest street fighting band in the world, Rose Tattoo!
Add to that he cool-soul-n-roll of Dan Sultan, the Stooges-on-oestrogen sounds of The Dacios, the psychedelic-stoner-rock of Matt Sonic & The High Times, the boot tappin’-pub-rock of Gun Street Girls, the classic indie rock of The Bowers, the soulful-garage-surf of Money For Rope, the in-your-face-brutality of Mammoth Mammoth, the pyrotechnic-soaked-metal of Barbarian, the quirky-punk of The Once Overs, and the garage punkabilly of The Fearless Vampire Killers – with still more surprises to come…
Some statistics. There are only 650 tickets. That’s all folks. They’re only $50 – we’re relying on you putting away a bit of beer to keep them at that low price. Tickets are available from moshtix.com.au and moshtix outlets like Polyester Records, City). It kicks off 12pm running through to 9pm Sunday 2nd May 2010.
