Aussie label Dew Process has just signed Liverpool four-piece Circa Waves to the family. Hotly tipped by NME as a band to watch and crowned with not one, but two BBC Radio 1 Hottest Record in the World kudos, the band are the latest to join Dew Process’ esteemed roster, along side the likes of London Grammar, Mumford & Sons, Gossling, Kingswood and Mikhael Paskalev.
The signing signals the Australian release of Circa Waves’ new single ‘Stuck In My Teeth’ – out this Friday, March 7 via Dew Process/Virgin. Produced by Jim Abbiss (Arctic Monkeys, Bombay Bicycle Club) and recorded back home in Liverpool, ‘Stuck In My Teeth’ parades the unashamed indie-pop finesse that won hearts on the band’s breakthrough debut single ‘Get Away’ (Zane Lowe’s Hottest Record in the World and BBC Radio 1’s Single of the Week). It’s bound to get stuck in your head, stuck in your teeth, and anywhere else you dare to put it.
Having just wrapped up a UK headline tour, including a SOLD OUT show at London’s Sebright Arms last week, Circa Waves are back on the road this month for NME Awards Tour 2014, performing alongside Interpol, Temples and Royal Blood.
