Sydney electro-pop duo Tales In Space released their debut album, Formula on June 6. The band that brought us the 2013 hit single ‘Shades’ will celebrate the arrival of the LP by hitting the road for a five-date tour, including shows in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
Bursting with quirky and imaginative indie-pop gems, Formula builds upon the same rousing, anthemic stylings of ‘Shades’, a track that featured in the top 35 songs played on Triple J in 2013.
From the buoyant, can’t-get-out-of-your-head chorus in ‘Grow Up Together’ to the cosmic rock of ‘In A Million Places At Once’, Formula’s musical nuances are held firmly together by the group’s fun, creative style. A cathartic journey that explores the trials and tribulations of love, life and everything in-between, the uplifting collection will give you that ‘new lease on life’ feeling.
