There’s nothing more disappointing than hearing about thieves who rob musicians of their gear, and sadly the latest to fall victim to these jerks is a promising young Aussie artist who has had multiple pieces of music arsenal stolen.
The super talented Melbourne musician Josiah Willows, commonly recognised under the performance moniker of Jasia, has taken to his various streams of social media to announce that his gear has been stolen.
He posted the following to Facebook, “R.I.P. my beautiful lost guitar, Gould reverse jazz master with 3 P90’s, stolen in the CBD along with my microphone last night. I hope the bastard has fun trying to pawn my bloody, battered string breaking instrument that has pretty much zero resale value but was immeasurably sentimental to me. Instrument thieves are the lowest of low” – yes, they most definitely area.
If you, or anyone you know stumbles upon any of the above listed equipment, please contact Jasia directly on his Facebook, this kind of behaviour is not to be tolerated, especially for an up-and-coming musician.
