Jemma Nicole has delivered a slice of forlorn alt-country on her new single ‘Too Late To Save My Soul’, the dark mood built upon by a clip filled with violence, drinking, and tears.

It’s an age-old lament, delivered in style by the Melbourne singer-songwriter as she plays two characters, each facing their own demons. All of this would be horribly depressing were it not for the intoxicating sway of her dark Americana.

If you find yourself feeling a little too cheerful this weekend and could use an enthralling dose of sadness, Jemma is launching her debut album My Darkest Hour at The Toff In Town, followed by dates in Adelaide and Perth.
