Fledgling Perth outfit Wooly Mammoth have just released their debut single ‘Running Circles’ – and they’re sounding pretty accomplished right off the bat.
Light, melodic guitar lines trickle through a spacious mix, intermingling with crisp vox, and the overall sound feels primed for a summer festival side-stage.
They may not be playing those stages just yet, but they have sold out a few hometown gigs so far. You’ll be able to catch the lads playing Friday August 12 at Babushka in Leederville,
and Friday August 26 at the Bassendean Hotel.
