Pavement are looking for a new guitarist. Well, not permanently, just to appear with the band when they play on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon on September 23rd. They’re giving one lucky fan the ultimate fanboy experience, which is to join them live on TV playing one of the band’s songs. They have posted a list of ‘approved’ tracks online, and fans can upload videos of themselves playing one of the songs. People can then vote for their favourite fan cover, and the winner gets to live the rock n’ roll dream for one night only.
