Haim are gearing up for the release of their difficult second album, Something To Tell You, with a number of public appearances, including a low-key pop-up gig yesterday.
The band played to less than a hundred fans at Hollywood community arts space Junior High, a gig they announced on social media the day before. Not surprisingly, hundreds of fans snaked around the building hoping to get in – pretty good publicity if you ask us.
During the show they performed a cover of Shania Twain’s exclamation-heavy anthem ‘Man! I Feel Like A Woman!’, a snippet of which you can hear below.
The album is out July 9.
