Public Enemy planned to drop a surprise album next week on Independence Day, but a Spanish magazine leaked this information over the weekend, ruining the surprise element, and prompting the band to confirm that, yes, there will be a new PE album next Tuesday.
Named Nothing Is Quick In The Desert, the album will apparently be offered as a free download.
It will be the group’s fourteenth studio album over thirty years, with their latest being 2015’s Man Plans God Laughs.
