Following questions from fans regarding Cursed Earth’s vocalist Jazmine Luders, the Perth-based metal act have released a statement.

In the statement posted to Facebook, the band notes: “We’ve always taken pride in this band providing a lifeline from Jaz’s dysfunctional home life and giving her something to work towards. Unfortunately this personal growth is now something she will have to approach alone and we hope that this will be a catalyst for that.”

The statement follows Cursed Earth’s withdrawal from their slot at Melbourne’s Download Festival in March, and their performance without Luders at Unify Gathering in January.
