Skegss are set to descend upon your local record store this weekend, as they go kick off a run of in-store signing for their new record.

Skegss are undoubtedly having one of the best weeks of their lives right now. With their debut record, My Own Mess, currently serving as triple j’s feature album ahead of its Friday release, the group have now announced a run of record store signings for this weekend.

Kicking off at Sydney’s Red Eye Records on Friday evening, the lads will be making their way to Music Farmers in Wollongong on Saturday, before heading to Melbourne’s 24Hundred on Sunday arvo. It doesn’t end there though, with Skegss heading back up to Brisbane on Wednesday evening for an appearance at the iconic Rocking Horse Records.

Each of these appearances will see Skegss accompanied by guest DJs, and will give fans the chance to pick up some pretty exclusive merch as well. Plus, if you’re feeling hungry, the NSW dates will be serving up pizza, while a BBQ will be on the cards for their Melbourne stop.

To celebrate the release of My Own Mess on September 7th, the band are also going to be hitting the road with US rockers Twin Peaks for a massive national tour that will see them playing plenty of new classics, and old favourites to their eager audiences.

Keep on reading for more info about Skegss’ in-store signings, and their upcoming Aussie tour.
