If you’re keen on getting a bit rowdy this December, then you might want to make your way over to Adelaide for this year’s Stonecutters Festival.
Having been on the music scene for a few years now, Stonecutters is set to celebrate its fourth birthday later this year with some of the finest acts going around, and all for a bargain basement price.
Headlining this year’s festivities is none other than hometown heroes Bad//Dreems, who have spent most of the year in the studio, hard at work on album number three. No word yet as to whether their headline spot will feature any new tracks, but you can be certain that you’ll be getting one of the loudest and sweatiest shows going around when they take the stage.
Following closely is Josh Homme’s new favourite band, The Chats, who are currently wrapping up an Aussie tour with Queens Of The Stone Age, with Slowly Slowly and Press Club also set to deliver some awesome sets.
But it doesn’t end there, with Pist Idiots, Body Type, Moaning Lisa, Hightime, Grenadiers, and many more also joining this stunning bill.
If you’ve ever found yourself deriding Adelaide for its lack of concerts or big-name events, then surely this will sway your opinion, as the Festival State puts on one huge concert that’s set to sell out in no time.
Tickets to this year’s event are set to go on sale at 10am, on Friday, September 14th, but if you don’t want to risk missing out, you can register for pre-sale tickets here.
