Tropical Fu*k Storm are gearing up to make 2019 well and truly their year, announcing a mammoth headline tour in support of their upcoming second album, Braindrops.
Ever since the members of Tropical Fu*k Storm came together back in 2017, they’ve proven themselves as one of the hardest-working Australian bands on the scene.
Throw in a full-length debut album, countless shows both in Australia and abroad, and glowing reviews of their live shows, and you’ve got one band whose refuse to sit in silence.
Not that long ago though, Tropical Fu*k Storm announced that they would be returning to your ears this year, with their second album – Braindrops – set for release on August 23rd. Now, they’re set to bring their tunes to the people, announcing a national tour today.
Kicking off in Byron Bay on October 4th, Tropical Fu*k Storm will be hitting up Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra,, Hobart, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth, with a number of other stops taking place throughout the tour.
Along the way, they’ll be joined by Hobart’s All The Weathers, while Melbourne’s Pinch Points will pull support duties for the first half of the tour. The second half, however, will see Brooklyn outfit Surfbort warming up the crowd, bringing their unique sound to audiences around the country.
Tickets to the band’s upcoming tour are on sale now through Tropical Fuck Storm Records, while pre-orders for Braindrops are available now through Flightless Records.
