Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme joined The Saboteurs/The Raconteurs at their Los Angeles show on Friday night.
The rock legends cracked off a special encore performance of The Saboteurs classic ‘Blue Veins’ from the band’s 2006 record, Broken Boy Soldiers. Watch the performance below.

Josh Homme was recently spotted at Sunshine Coast slackers The Chats’ Los Angeles gig. Homme has previously sung praises of the okka hometown heroes, revealing that it was Dave Grohl that introduced him to the ratbags behind ‘Smoko’.
“They have an utterly Australian song called ‘Smoko’,” Homme explained in an interview with Zane Lowe. “I saw it, and Dave Grohl turned it on to me, and then the next thing I know I’m playing it for Iggy [Pop],” he continued. “And I told them that and their jaws were just like completely open.”
Homme liked the band so much that he enlisted them as the support act for Queens of the Stone Age’s 2018 Australian tour.
In other news, Jack White has finally broken his silence about the left-field Lil Nas X hit ‘Old Town Road’, describing the track as “beautiful.”
“The song is only a minute and 47 seconds long or something,” White shared in an interview with Rolling Stone. “That’s how long “Fell in Love With a Girl” was. People said, “They’re not going to play that on radio.” But it worked, and it’s great that it’s happening again.”
