Post Malone is gearing up to release one stunning record it seems, with his manager revealing that the “album of the year” is on the way.
Back in April of 2018, Post Malone unleashed his second album, beerbongs & bentleys. Coming four months later than first planned, it was worth the wait, with the release going on to break a number of records in the process, including Spotify’s first-day streaming count.
Since then, ol’ Posty has been hard at work on the touring circuit, but managing to find time to throw down some new tunes. Having released ‘Sunflower’ on the Spider-Man soundtrack, before both ‘Wow’ and ‘Goodbyes’ were shared to great acclaim, fans have been wondering when we might hear album number three.
Just last month, Post Malone revealed to a crowd that recording sessions for his new record had wrapped up, before noting he was pretty pleased with the result.
“I’ve got some pretty awesome news,” Post Malone revealed (via Billboard), “and the reason my voice is kinda fucked is because I was in the studio for the last three days and we just finished up the new album, and I think it’s gonna be pretty goddamn out of sight.”

Now, the musician’s manager has entered the ring, sharing an image of the night that recording wrapped up. Revealing that the record is set to be released “very soon”, Dre London referred to it as the “album of the year”, undoubtedly making some fans rather excited in the process.
While the content of the record is shaping up to make the next album a massive success for the 24-year-old, Post Malone recently explained that the new release could be out as soon as next month.
“My third album will be coming out in September,” the musician explained in New York City earlier this month. ”And I think you guys are gonna like it very, very, very much.”
At this stage, details about an exact release date, tracklist, or new single remain sparse, so we might be gearing up to witness a surprise album drop next month.
