Backstreet Boy’s Nick Carter has served his younger brother, Aaron Carter with a restraining order. Nick Carter sought legal action after Aaron confessed to having thought about harming Nick’s pregnant wife and their child.
Aaron revealed that his brother had taken a restraining order out on him in a series of tweets. “So my brother just got a restraining order against me,” he wrote. “And I was just served lol”
He continued, “Take care @nickcarter we’re done for life. I haven’t seen him in four years. And I don’t intend.
“You should send a cease and desist while you’re at it too.”

Nick Carter responded to the restraining order claims in a public statement shared on Twitter. In the statement, he expressed concern about Aaron’s behaviour and revealed that his brother had made violent threats towards his family.
“After careful consideration, my sister Angel and I regret that we were required to seek a restraining order against our brother Aaron today,” the statement read.
“In light of Aaron’s increasingly alarming behavior and his recent confession that he harbors thoughts and intentions of killing my pregnant wife and unborn child, we were left with no choice but to take away every measure possible to protect ourselves and our family.
“We love our brother and truly hope he gets the proper treatment he needs before any harm comes to himself or anyone else.”

News of the restraining order comes after Aaron Carter’s appearance on the medical panel TV show, The Doctors. During his appearance on the panel, he revealed that he had be diagnosed with personality disorder, schizophrenia, manic depression and acute anxiety.
“This is my reality … hi,” he shared, displaying his bag full of medication. “I have nothing to hide.”
Despite battling this multitude of illnesses, Carter is rumoured to have over 500 guns in his possession. Carter received his gun license mere weeks ago, and has already purchased fine in his name. Those guns are in addition to the 500 he inherited from his later father, a US Marine veteran who passed away in 2017.
