Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine is having a rough 2019 battling throat cancer, but he’s not gonna let that stop him raking in the coin on some real estate.

The ‘equestrian estate’ covers an impressive 11-acres and contains four stalls, a barn and a large shed with an equipment area, according to the LA Times.

The 11-acre ranch holds a 7,000-square-foot home, a barn, shed, horse stalls and fenced pastures.

There are also three bedrooms, an office/recording studio, gym and library. An elevator is also thrown in for good measure.

Ever wondered where a metal legend dines? Wonder no more!

Speaking to Metal Ireland, Mustaine said of the Nashville pad that “I’ve lived there four times before because we did records there.

” I want [my daughter] Electra to pursue her [country music] dreams. I can do my job anywhere, really… It’s good for me, because my daughter is happy, and I think, if you love your children, you’ll always want to protect and provide for them. And, as I said, I can pretty much do my job anywhere.”

Mustaine also revealed in an interview with Franklin Lifestyle that he felt comfortable in the state of Tennesse.

“It’s a very self-sacrificing area for someone like me who comes from a place where it’s usually every man for himself,” he said.

“Franklin is my home. I love Nashville, but I love Franklin even more.”

It’s been a busy year for Mustaine on the property front, with the singer also selling his Fallbrook estate for $2 million US.

As he sings himself – peace property sells – but who’s buyin’?
