Bogan favourite, mashup artist Gregg Gillis AKA Girltalk has revealed that he’s hoping to have a new album out before the end of the year. The follow up to 2008’s Feed The Animals is laced with samples from Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, Supergrass, Fugazi, Modern English, Black Sabbath, and a mix up of Soulja Boy and Aphex Twin.

Gillis has also confirmed that it’ll all be sample based, applying the ‘if it ain’t broke’ maxim to the soundtrack to many a bogan’s ecstasy fuelled summer. “But when you’re in an indie rock band with guitars, bass, and drums, people aren’t questioning whether you’re going to use those same instruments on your next album; no one’s asking Big Boi if his new album’s going to have drum machine sounds on it.”
