19-year old Rapper Lil Mosey is wanted in the state of Washington after failing to appear in court over a second-degree rape charge.
As TMZ report, Lil Mosey, born Lathan Moses Stanley Echols, missed a court date on April 21st after being charged with one count of second-degree rape weeks before. Mosey and another man have each been charged over an incident that took place at a party in January 2020, where both men allegedly raped the same woman.
In an affidavit, the victim alleges to have consented to sex with Mosey, but later blacked out in the cabin the party was hosted after consuming White Claw hard seltzer and champagne. She woke to find injuries including bruises on her arm, neck and inner knee. She also alleges that she received a message from one of the people at the party claiming the men were discussing “training two girls.”
Lil Mosey was a member of the XXL Freshman Class in 2019, he released two albums that year — with single ‘Blueberry Faygo’ peaking at No. 8 on the Hot 100 in July 2020.
The other man, Francisco P. Prater, 18, has been charged in the alleged attack. The charges against both men carry a sentence of up to life in prison. USD $50,000 bench warrants have been issued for the arrests of both men.
