It’s been more than a decade since Disturbed last embarked on a headline tour of Australia and New Zealand, but the wait is over, with the nu-metal giants announcing some massive shows for 2027.
The multi-platinum rock band will bring their ‘The Sickness & Greatest Hits’ tour to seven cities across April and May, performing their landmark debut album, The Sickness, in full alongside a career-spanning collection of their biggest hits.
The local tour will kick off at Auckland’s Spark Arena on Thursday, April 22nd, before heading to Christchurch, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne, and Perth, where the tour will wrap up on Sunday, May 9th. See full dates below.
Tickets will go on sale at 1pm on Friday, October 30th, following an artist presale from 12pm on Wednesday, October 28th, and a Live Nation presale from 12pm on Thursday, October 29th. All times are local.
Each show will feature two separate sets, with the band opening with a complete performance of their 2000 debut album before returning after an intermission for a greatest hits set.
The Sickness helped establish Disturbed as one of the defining acts of the nu-metal era, spawning fan favourites including “Down with the Sickness”, “Stupify”, “Voices”, and “The Game”. Released in 2000, the album has since been certified five-times platinum in the US and spent 106 weeks on the Billboard 200.

The upcoming run follows a major international tour across North America, the UK and Europe, which saw Disturbed perform to more than half a million fans.
The European leg was not without controversy, however, with the band’s Brussels concert cancelled in October 2025 over security concerns linked to frontman David Draiman’s outspoken support for Israel. Draiman had previously faced criticism after sharing a photograph of himself signing an Israeli military bomb during a visit to the country.
The incident also drew a response from Avenged Sevenfold frontman M. Shadows, who publicly defended Draiman in an interview with Rolling Stone, expressing respect for his willingness to stand by his beliefs.
