The dream to take the ‘Hobo Monkey into Space’ comes as Skipping Girl Vinegar prepare to launch their new single and one of the year’s summer anthems ‘Chase the Sun’. The events will be captured on film for the band’s next film clip and will be released as part of their ‘Chase the Sun’ east-coast tour across Oct – Nov.
In case you missed their packed show at the Melbourne Arts Centre in June, the band are heading out on the road throughout October / November, taking over the Northcote Social Club on Friday 14 October before the Vanguard in Sydney on 21 October.
After that they head to Queensland, playing the Gold Coast as well as the iconic Joe’s Waterhole in Eumundi and Beetle Bar in Brisbane (3 – 5 November). The tour rounds out in Tasmania with shows in Launceston and Hobart on November 11 & 12.
