Alice Night is set to hit the road later this month to celebrate the release of her debut album, Culture How Could You?, a magical cache of deftly spun stories and melodies written between Brisbane and Brooklyn.

Treading the yellow brick road first laid down by artists like Bjork, Beth Orton, and Ani Difranco, Culture How Could You? sees Night establish herself as one of Australia’s most imaginative young songsmiths.

The album is the product of a collaboration between Night and ARIA nominated and APRA award winning composer Robert Davidson (Topology). Together, the partnership create a lush blend of folk instrumentation and singular composition.

Night will celebrate the release of the album by playing select venues up and down the East Coast, including The Butterfly Club in Melbourne; Hobart’s iconic MONA, the home of DARK MOFO; The Zoo in Brisbane; and Oxford Circus in Sydney.
