Beloved Aussie MC Allday is set to hit the road later this year, heading out on a national tour in support of his upcoming third album.

Just last month, Allday’s second album, Speeding, turned two years old. An instant classic that featured singles like ‘Sides’, ‘Race Way’, and ‘In Motion’, it hit the top ten in the ARIA charts, and gave Allday some well-deserved international success.

Since then, he’s dropped a few more singles, including ‘Wonder Drug’ and ‘Protection’, but now the Adelaide-raised rapper is back with a new song, and a bunch of tour dates to support his upcoming album.

A few years on from his 2013 single ‘Claude Monet‘, Allday has again turned to the art world for inspiration, presumably titling his new album (Starry Night Over The Phone), after Vincent van Gogh’s iconic Starry Night Over The Rhône artwork.

While we’re yet to receive a concrete release date, the rapper has however dropped yet another single from the record, dishing up the exceptional lungs earlier today.

But the good news doesn’t end there, with Allday also unveiling a run of national tour dates in support of this upcoming album.

Kicking off in Perth on August 17th, the Starry Night Over The Phone tour will head along to Brisbane, Sydney, and Adelaide, before wrapping up in Melbourne just two weeks later.

Support for these tour dates is set to come from the mesmerising Mallrat, who both appeared on Allday’s Speeding and had the rapper return the favour on ‘UFO’. Likewise, the eclectic E^ST will also join the bill, as well as Melbourne’s JXN, who released his debut single just last year.

Tickets to these shows go on sale from 9am on Tuesday, May 21st. So don’t miss your chance to see one of Australia’s finest rappers when he comes your way this August!
